This Website offers You the possibility to buy and/or request to sell physical clothing articles as a service.

Buyers

Order Placement and Order Acceptance Policy

By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Only when We review and accept your order, we will dispatch the items that you purchased.

Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation signifies that we have been notified of your offer to purchase the selected items. It does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell unless we accept the order and dispatch the items.

This Website reserves the right to cancel any order and to decline the acceptance of any order. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.

Delivery

We deliver to Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands.

Shipping Costs

Once you make your selection, shipping will be added automatically to your order at checkout. We use three level of shipping costs – level 1 (for Luxembourg city), national (within Luxembourg) and International (for all other locations). We make every effort to ensure that all products arrive to their final destination in the best condition possible.

When To Expect Your Order

In most cases we can process and send your order on the very same day it is placed. We will notify you via email when your order is shipped. You can check your order status at any time in your Account History.

Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, please login on your account and select the articles that you wish to return and print your return Form.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a short amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not exchange items.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Note that the return shipping fees are at your expenses.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, only the cost of the item will be refund.

If you are returning many items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Buying Online From Timoonboutique.com

We use secure transaction payments provided and backed up by Stripe and PayPal’s secure online payment systems. Paying online is much safer than paying at a store due to the high encryption mechanism used during the process. Your payment details information are handled by PayPal or Stripe and not provided to anyone else (not even to us) so there is no chance of your information being accessed by anyone during the process. PayPal encrypts all of your personal and financial information with their 128 bit (or higher) encryption to ensure the security of all transactions. All transactions are guaranteed 100% safe and secure.

Sellers

Please contact us by e-mail at Hello@timoonboutique.com. We are currently working on an automation for sellers. For now, we kindly ask you to reach out to us and we will be happy to arrange the pick up or drop off with you based on the quantity of clothing you are willing to sell.

You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another person at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Termination

Our services are not binding and could be terminated at any time. You may terminate your buyer or seller account only provided that all your fees and dues to this Website are fully paid. All termination requests must be sent to us in writing over email or using the contact us form. Upon termination, your right to use this Website’s services will immediately cease. We agree to terminate your service effective upon the receipt of your written notice of termination.
